Two suspicious males were seen in Maisemore on the afternoon of
Saturday 25th July. They were seen in Over Old Road at around 3pm when
they called at a property. They claimed to be lost and requested
directions to Gloucester, however they ignored the directions and went
off in the opposite direction! They were interested in the outbuildings
at that property. One of the males is described as tall, slim and relatively young. He was balding on top. The other wore a baseball cap, had a tattoo on his neck and had a bike with him. A Black Range Rover Sport was seen at the visited property just a short time later. This vehicle could be connected with the two men. There was also a burglary reported in nearby Corse End Road, Hartpury the same afternoon. It is thought that the same two men were again seen in Hiam's Lane, Hartpury, near the water tower at around 1.30pm on 29th July. This time they were with a black BMW car and one was described as wearing a white top, black trousers and aged in his 30’s or 40’s. The other was aged in his 20’s, wore a blue shirt, jeans and a baseball cap. Please keep an eye out for these two men as they may be looking for opportunities to commit crime in the Maisemore and Hartpury areas.
