Community Speed Watch in Maisemore?

Hartpury and Corse Parish Councils are interested in forming Community Speedwatch groups in their villages and have organised an awareness session on Sunday 4th March at 11am in Hartpury Village Hall.  The session will last about an hour.

The Speed Awareness Session is designed to educate and train individuals/groups in the use of hand held speed guns and to ensure an awareness and understanding of the Health and Safety aspects of carrying out traffic speed surveys.

If you would like to help form a group assessing traffic speeds in Maisemore, you would be welcome to attend.  Andrew Cooley will be going to represent Maisemore Parish Council.  It's a free event provided by Gloucestershire Police.

The session will last about an hour and may include outdoor activities.

If you can't make the Sunday session but you're interested in the idea, please contact the Clerk - clerk@maisemore-pc.org.uk.
